The 8 Core Competencies of Young Leaders

The Legacy programs are built around eight core competencies: leadership, presentation and communication, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, AI and technology, negotiation and influence, critical thinking, and global citizenship.

None of these stays at the level of theory. Students work on real projects, are accompanied by mentors, and get the chance to present their results.

The pathway is organized by age: Explorers 6–8, Builders 9–12, Leaders 13–15 and Fellows 16–18, so each child learns at the right level.

Classes are kept small so teachers can follow each child closely and parents receive clear progress reports.
